Toxic work environment, forced extra hours, micro management - Engineer DDS Companies Employee Review

Very toxic environment. I was sick and I told my boss I couldn’t come to office, he said I can’t believe it unless you get me a letter from the doctor. Reasons you are telling are silly. They forced to work more than 50 hours a week without incentives because company will get better profit. Very insensitive people. No sense of how to talk to a human in dignified way. Please do not join the company. They will pay you way less than industry standards and make you work 3-4 levels higher than your pay grade without any incentive. Please find another company.
