Terrible HR team and Management in head office!!! - Store Ambassador DECIEM Employee Review

During my time working at the company for less than a year I went through a lot of the company's drama and having consistently nice people being sacked for no valid reasons. The company was shut down for globally for less than a week with no real indication to us employees wether we still had a job still or not. No updates from HR or head office during this time making everyone who worked for the company very anxious and clueless as wether we still had a job or not. I was also working just with my manager on a counter in a department store where we we're hardly ever visited by area managers or trainers from head office so felt very much out of the loop as to what was going on and unaccessible to ask any questions that we needed. Head offices treatment towards people with disabilities is disgraceful which have no concern if you need time off to recover and any real understanding or regards for your wellbeing. Never a company I will invest ever again in or recommend anyone else to do so.
