Horrible managers at every level
No communication whatsoever
I would absolutely not recommend working here. The managers treat employees terribly, display clear favoritism, and have absolutely no concept of communication. At a store level, the managers are not trained to actually handle management, and in my case, my manager was an absolute nightmare and would lash out at staff constantly. It was awful. Upper management was unprofessional and lacked communication with staff. Also, there were consistent errors with payroll, and the company did some questionable things, such as demand us to pull product from shelves and not explaining the reason, many times demanding it to be destroyed and have proof taken. The products that we did this to were ones that just the day had been sold to customers. If there is an issue with your product, or even if its something as simple as discontinuing a product that isn't selling, there needs to be communication about it!
Constantly, popular products would be unavailable to order, sometimes for months at a time without explanation. It's just a mess.
Overall, I would never recommend working here. Until they hire management on all levels that know what they are doing, I would avoid at all costs.
