To say DECIEM's management is corrupt, incompetent, highly unqualified, well versed in the languages of gaslighting, racial discrimination and manipulation would be ABSOLUTELY TRUE.... yet so unoriginal. DECIEM follows the beauty corporate nightmare narrative we all have heard and know too well.
They're fully dressed in "family first, kindness, positive mental health" sheep’s clothing on the outside, but on the inside, it's very much the complete opposite; greedy incompetent wolves. Imagine trying to work in a place telling you one thing and acting the total opposite; it's comparable to being in an insane asylum. Filled with power hungry toddlers who just happened to inherit a business at the right time, the company is a joke.
The HR department is an enabler in all of this. They enable racial discrimination and inappropriate actions of management, to keep their jobs. I also am surprised there hasn’t been any lawsuits against them for human rights violations.
It seems that the only thing management doesn’t do from their long list of accolades mentioned earlier, is actually have the mental capacity to do any form of actual work or have intelligent conversations.
