Pros

Some quality people have worked here, but they are either fired or resign.

Cons

Extremely high turnover due to leadership's lack of valuing employees. Sales team is not even able to give the software away for free....many instances of offering it to prospects for free and the prospects still had no interest. As a result, no salesperson is making their quota and no job is secure.

Both the flexible schedule and unlimited PTO went away. The Support supervisor doesn't like long-time employees, as he sees them as unable to conform to his new way of doing things.
