Pros
Casual Dress, There are a few employees who actually care about the work they do and their co-workers. The management team know all the right things to say in the interview to get you excited about the job, but the first time you disagree with them or have an idea that is a little different than theirs, things drastically change. And don't dare find a mistake or problem in one of the "favorite's" work. That gets you on the naughty list super quick. 😉
Cons
Every company has their problems, this one has more than their share. There's a lack of communication all around but mostly between and up the chain of command. Upper management refuses to take responsibility for problems to the point where they set the employees up for failure and then blame it on the employees for failing, acting all disappointed that they failed. It's really unbelievable that they have the few long-term employees that have stayed around to endure the self inflicted growing pains. I witnessed some very unethical practices in accounting. Told management and they didn't seem to care. Ridiculous!!
