Pros

Exciting and in demand product that’s gaining a lot of traction. Awesome people to work with. Very collaborative place with people truly willing to help each other.

Cons

There is a lot of knowledge amongst those who have been there for a long time. Some of the processes have not been documented which makes it challenging for newer folks. There is a ton of focus on scalability though and ironing out these kinks .

Prior to being acquired by Par Technologies, we had a flexible work schedule, unlimited PTO,

Both the flexible schedule and unlimited PTO went away. The Support supervisor doesn't like long-time employees, as he sees them as unable to conform to his new way of doing things.
