Pros

Travelling in business for intercontinental flights still allowed, fair remuneration and good cross-team collaboration and team work in general is good.

Cons

Organizational changes every 6 months or sooner. New bosses starting from scratch, re-inventing the wheel. New opportunities almost always stuffed from outside. No sustainability, a lot of self encouragement through activities like employee opinion surveys, which are from an execution point of view a kind of a joke.
