A good work-life balance should be aligned between the employees and the business needs to find the most appropriate agreement in strict compliance with local laws and global regulations. The particular business needs that require work on weekends or on Public Holidays shouldn't be a reason to violate labor rights and people's access to Work/Life balance. We continue to work hard to review our organizational structure to improve were possible and allow more balance work distribution.
