Pros
The working environment is absolutely fun and rewarding. The Managers and Supervisors are all for the workers and show a level of understanding for an employees personal life not found anywhere else. I feel privileged to work for such an organization. Can't forget the free lunches! Pay is very good and can't go past the fun we have by simply doing our work.
Cons
Not much cons about working here. Everyone is helping you to understand things as quick as possible.
