      Pros

      Good basic salary. Stable company. Among the better companies in Cyberjaya.

      Cons

      Depending on which team, workload is not distributed evenly. Some teams have nothing to do all day but others working non stop. Plenty of managers and senior managers all requesting things to do instead of actually doing it.

      Pros

      Great compensation, benefits, and hours. Get to know many clients and businesses on route. Lots of exercise. Lots of alone time.

      Cons

      For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.
