      weekly salary and flexible hours

      Cons

      Terrible agency working for the company named Inperson. They had no organization and had delay of payments or gave out the wrong amounts. They terminate contracts illegally in some cases. Supervisor of DHL were very complacent and applied favoritism in many cases. Additionally some racial slurs were also made.

      Pros

      Great compensation, benefits, and hours. Get to know many clients and businesses on route. Lots of exercise. Lots of alone time.

      Cons

      For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.

      No cons! Typical monotony that comes with a telesales role but the office culture makes up for it!
