Pros
DHL Express in Vietnam have a good working culture and well developed training program for the new hires to join the company. Work is managed well by very detail and result oriented KPIs system and the local management really know how to utilize their workforce to achieve company target and performance. They also have chance for internal promotion with various vacancies.
Cons
High pressure and competitive environment, heavy and "express" workload which cause some exhaustion and burden to the employees, especially for senior executive and managerial level, depending on the complexity of the job profile. However, in term of salary, they offered a quite low range salary in compare with other company in the same industry. Most likely the employee want to stay with them because of the job secure.
