Pros
worked as a logistics advisor, the pros were that the hours are pretty flexible, so great if you are in school, the salary is pretty high for the job you do, and you have stability and had health care.
Cons
very hard to advance to a higher position and grow, though the company tries to act like everyone is equal, they are certainly not and really hard to switch from one department to another, does not grow the employees as much as they claim they do.
