Pros
They will never let you go for under performing. Unless you really do not care for the position. As long as you try and have a good attitude, that's all they want. If you start out in Sales and realize it is not for you. They will always discuss moving you to a department that fits you better, even if its in a different location (domestically or internationally).
Cons
At times, the expectations of sales reps are unrealistic. DHL's shipping services are the most expensive, they only sell 1 product and it is a very niche service. Tough to sell and excel in when most customers are just looking for the cheapest rate out there.
