Business Outlook
Pros
Good training and management program. Ability to travel to different places with a wide multi-cultural exposure, especially at Regional and Global offices. Good remuneration packages.
Cons
Not truly inclusive for other diversity concerns such as with physical disabilities, gender identity or sexual orientation, inspite of the presence of Corporate Policy. In other words, Corporate Policy on Diversity hasn't yet been fully implemented all throughout the network, including at some Reginal or Global offices.
