      The inside sales team is large so there are actually a lot of people to build relationships with.

      Cons

      Like most inside sales jobs it is very KPI heavy, so the job can get a little monotonous just trying to hit the same KPI’s day after day after day.

      Pros

      Great compensation, benefits, and hours. Get to know many clients and businesses on route. Lots of exercise. Lots of alone time.

      Cons

      For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.
