      Work on your own.Customers are the reason I love this work.If you enjoy people and driving go to FedEx or UPS

      There are so many to list,I dont know where to start.Extremely bad management.Changes in policies eekly.Drivers doing the managements job.

      Pros

      Great compensation, benefits, and hours. Get to know many clients and businesses on route. Lots of exercise. Lots of alone time.

      Cons

      For some, the alone time can be very lonely. You are in a van or truck for many hours. Podcasts, radio, hands-free: get to love it. Sometimes logistics can be unpredictable. Delays, traffic, on-call pickups. You have to be very flexible and adaptive with fairly quick critical thinking skills to excel at this job.
