Pros
They offer a decent salary for the industry. Working within an environment solutions environment can be morally fulfilling.
Cons
The bureaucracy that comes with being a part of a multinational business. Being such a small part of the wider DHL business, it often felt like we were forgotten about/essentially unknown to the higher ups. Office environment was generally quite unpleasant - a lot of people lacking the relevant training and left unfulfilled by their jobs due to a general lack of organisation within the business.
