Worst management in Air Freight product and overall Air Department. Managers don't care about the customers and the Head of the department only cares about her bonus and praises herself to the max. Non-professional approach for her and the work lifestyle is like a 3rd world country. She treats her employee like slave and many of the employee has left or current are about to leave as this department is about to collapse.CEO or North America should look to see the performance of this department and approach from the Manager's. Overworked and underpaid. Stay away from this department.
