Pros
- Global brand, very respected if you are into logistics - Employee discount on courier services - Adequate annual leave - That's about it
Cons
- Interaction between management and staff and within employees are very weak, at least in my department - They really need to upgrade their IT equipments... - Extremely old and outdated IT system which looks like it was designed centuries ago - No robust training program and colleagues are not very willing to teach. Not the best place to start your career at - Company is always on cost-cutting measures... do not expect high pay, benefits, good pay increment or exceptional bonus - The company is in the midst of outsourcing programs (as result of above measures) which makes our work more difficult than usual - Management seems to try to improve workflow but often focus on the wrong issues... a lot of weirdly named improvement initiatives which are worthless and waste of time in my opinion - Again, poor management.
