Pros
A great company that values individuality, allows personal growth, rewards creativity, mobility and flexibility. With this employer, I had the chance to travel around the country for training, and meet many colleagues in the classes. I think he strength of the company lays on the people that make the network.
Cons
Each station is managed differently and I work in one that is known throughout the company as hell-hole. For a misterious reason, shipments do not go well, people are blamed even thought everyone works very hard. There are not enough people to do the job right, and there is no leadership. For many years they have been trying to get the Miami station organized, but it hasn't shown improvements. The new team is just that, a new team, not empowered to make a paradigm change. Business suffers, as do the employees and their careers. Not a great place to go.
