Pros
The CEO, Mr. Hans Toggweiler is the best example to DGF's employees.In any place we work and in any type of job we perform, it is all about feeling that our work is appreciated and that we are respected and when these two things start with the CEO, with no doubt it will expand to all other areas. We have a Management Team that is second to no other and it is based on the honesty, reliability and trust that Mr. Toggweiler inspires. Usually, you will find one or the other in a CEO, but the man is not only a talented leader but also an incredible human being, which is a combination hard to find at that level. And well, as I work so close to him I could go on forever with the million wonders about him, but I will leave it at that and hopefully you will one day have the grand opportunity of meeting this incredible man and agree with me.
Cons
I've been with the company for 9 years and I can't really think of a downside. Everyone I know is happy and proud of their jobs and people from other units are always looking forward to a transfer to DGF.
