Pros
Minimum of 40 hours guaranteed. We work 4 days 10 hour shifts, and most weeks you can work an extra day and get time and a half pay. Some weeks when were real busy they allow 6 days and even 7 where you get double pay.
Cons
Most supervisors don't know how to do their job, they take the tracking system to the max to where it is ridiculous and they follow you around by the system and cameras. Basically they think you are a convict and think you're going to make a break for it any chance you get.
