Cons
Little opportunity to move up a position or laterally to another. With out promotion, increase in salary in unattainable aside from limited hourly raises. Most new hires are brought in by temp agency, unless you already know the management. High stress environment, fast paced, a lot of responsibilities that constantly change, not necessarily bad if you like a challenge and something new everyday! Shift hours can be challenging, there are two options, evening to early morning, early morning to afternoon.
