Pros
Good benefits, flexible schedules, clean place, good heat and A/C, lots of parking, good training.
Cons
They have a point system that doesn't work because give no flexibility to good employees to be sick or absent no matter what the emergency is without getting a point and due to the accumulation of points employees have no access to promotion and many of them loos their jobs. Vacations time must be requested almost a year before in order to have them because 3 employees can't take vacations at the same time (in a company with more than 80 employees) Advance for growth is only for manager's favorite employees.
