Pros
None come to mind. I personally had autonomy in my role but that's rare at DHL as many managers practice extreme versions of micro-management.
Cons
Great ready to make industry low wages (DHL targets to pay less than the 20th percentile in the market). The bonus program is horrible and rarely pays out at anything even close to what you're promised. Vacation time is laughably low and you're chastised for using it. Leadership & the sales team make horrible decisions on new business and when they ultimately fail people who had nothing to do with the decision are held accountable - everyone in senior leadership only cares about one thing, themselves, they will not hesitate to throw a member of their own team under the bus if they think it will save their own job. This company thinks nothing of just firing someone because they want to. There's no performance management, no second chances, no coaching and no tolerance. If they decide they don't like you today they will fire you. I've heard very senior leaders talk about how people are replaceable, talent is "easy to find" and I've even heard VP's of Human Resources BRAG about terminations. If you value a company with a respect culture that is reasonably loyal to associates then this is not your place. If you like working long hours, being treated like you don't matter and being paid peanuts to do it then check out their careers page. Otherwise there are other far better 3PL companies to work for. Besides, DHL has been losing contracts at an impressive clip as of late... RUN!
