      Lots of overtime. That is about it. (5 word minimum here)

      Cons

      unorganized, hire anyone regardless of experience, very bad management, dont appreciate hard workers, bad point system, get pointed even if you have to call off after being mandated to work 33 days in a row.

      Good money for the amount of hours worked

      Cons

      Micro managed even though you’re not in the same state. Management is terrible and the union is no help to there employees, geared more toward employer.
