      You can get transferred to facilities just about anywhere

      Cons

      Absolutely NO communication from management. Quality issues go unheard, and if your current job gets outsourced to them, you will be making more than their management. This makes for some very hostile working conditions.

      Pros

      Easy position. Easy to get lost as a cog in the machine.

      Cons

      It can be very toxic and isolating. Your site is basically a micro-culture of DHL as a whole. And if your GM or Supervisor doesn’t like you very much, there’s not a lot you can do about the toxic behavior.
