Pros

- Competitive Pay - Remote flexibility - Will remove employees who are not performing

Cons

- Toxic work culture - Claims to have a "family culture" but ultimately the area I worked in had a toxic work culture - Takes advantage of those who work hard, working 60-80 hours week - Not a strong middle management team

Pros

It's fun to interact with athletes and help them achieve their goals.

Cons

As with any part-time job in this economy today, hourly pay for part-timers is so much lower that the cost of living. Just to cover my internet access each month (which is now considered an essential living cost), it takes 6 hours of work. For the minimal increase in hourly pay if I took a full-time job at DSG, I wouldn't be able to cover even 70% of my living expenses (housing, food, transport, internet, phone). It's a sobering thought as we navigate this country's massive wealth disparity.
