Great benefits Several locations, so the commute was great Friendly work environment More freedom to apply discounts than other retailers Active investment in employees furthering careers Low stress Management will often do what entry level employees do (can also be a con)

Cons

Retail scheduling is always tough There's not a lot of room for creativity or intellectual pursuits Management will often need to do what entry and intermediate level employees do (this can also be a pro)

Corporate is 10/10. At a large company, every department is different but they value their customers and employees and offer great benefits. Rewarding to work there

- Unlimited PTO with 401k match is awesome

Cons

- Performance expectations were often unclear or inconsistently communicated, Feedback was reactive instead of timely and actionable. - Leadership quality varied dramatically by manager, with limited coaching or mentorship. - Constant shifting priorities without adjusting expectations or workload. - Psychological safety was lacking, Honest communication feel risky. - Leadership messaging around culture didn't match day-to-day reality. - Process was often valued more than impact or results. - Compensation well below market, w/little flexibility during negotiations. - I felt excluded from key conversations and opportunities that were important to my success.
