Pros
Continuous exposure to sporting/fitness equiptment and people who typically share that interest. Although Im parttime, I am able to have payroll deductions in order to have dental and health coverage (limited). The management team is awesome.
Cons
There is quite a bit of product to deal with and not quite enough information provided, so I spend a little personal time learning about wheel berrings and ect, but it interests me anyway. More often than I'd like, some kid is trying to steal product and legally there is little we can do. Very sales driven, but sometimes details like changing burnt out store lights are overlooked.
