Pros
It's hard to get fired as an hourly associate or low-level manager. Medical benefits are inexpensive and high quality. Many locations to move to.
Cons
45 hour minimum mandatory workweek for managers though salary is based on 40 hours. Minimal annual raises (the best managers only yield 2% increases). Company goals in constant flux (Are we focusing on customers or metrics this week?)
