Pros

There are no pros about working here. It was an awful experience.

Cons

When I was interviewed I told them I had open availability until I started college in the fall. They said working around my schedule would be no problem. When it came time to update my availability I kept being told they didn't have the sheets available. Finally I got one. Before I turned my sheet in I was scheduled to work all week. After updating my availability they took me off of the schedule the rest of the week and never spoke to me about it. In addition, I wasn't scheduled to work the next 2 weeks either. When I spoke to management I was told my performance was an issue. No one ever talked to me about performance issues before my availability change. Nor did management show me any proof or try to help me to get better if performance really was an issue. In the meantime another manager was in the office smirking like it was funny. Management is horrible. When I started there I was never told there were 3 schedules to check. I was given a point for not coming to work on a day I wasn't even aware I was scheduled for. Working here was like joining a fraternity and being hazed as your initiation. Do yourself a favor and look for another job with better morals and values.

Pros

- Unlimited PTO with 401k match is awesome

Cons

- Performance expectations were often unclear or inconsistently communicated, Feedback was reactive instead of timely and actionable. - Leadership quality varied dramatically by manager, with limited coaching or mentorship. - Constant shifting priorities without adjusting expectations or workload. - Psychological safety was lacking, Honest communication feel risky. - Leadership messaging around culture didn't match day-to-day reality. - Process was often valued more than impact or results. - Compensation well below market, w/little flexibility during negotiations. - I felt excluded from key conversations and opportunities that were important to my success.
