Pros

When staffed the job is one of the better retail experiences, lots of things to learn about various sports and if you get involved in golf there's a ton to learn for those that love to learn new things.

Cons

having to work overnights at times for changing the floor displays and taking inventory

Pros

It's fun to interact with athletes and help them achieve their goals.

Cons

As with any part-time job in this economy today, hourly pay for part-timers is so much lower that the cost of living. Just to cover my internet access each month (which is now considered an essential living cost), it takes 6 hours of work. For the minimal increase in hourly pay if I took a full-time job at DSG, I wouldn't be able to cover even 70% of my living expenses (housing, food, transport, internet, phone). It's a sobering thought as we navigate this country's massive wealth disparity.
