Pros
Easy job if the managers like you. There is a big game of favorites. At the end of the day, it is a retail position so if people annoy you, look elsewhere.
Cons
Terrible job if the managers don't like you. They will never fire you (seen it from other employees), if they want to get rid of you, your hours will slowly be cut back until they have you work one four hour shift a month. It is their slimey way of making sure you do not get to file for unemployment.
