Spent over a year applying here — hundreds of roles. Didn’t matter if I was overqualified, underqualified, or a near-perfect match… the outcome was always the same: instant rejection. At this point, I’m impressed by the efficiency of saying “no” without actually engaging.
It really makes you wonder — is this a hiring process, or just a well-designed illusion of one? Because from the outside, it feels like roles are already spoken for before they’re even posted. The job description just seems like a formality while the real requirement is “must already know someone on the inside.”
If that’s the case, it would honestly be more transparent (and respectful) to just say: “Applications welcome, but referrals only.” Would save candidates months of time, effort, and false hope.
Not sure what’s more frustrating — the constant rejections, or the realization that merit doesn’t even get a seat at the table here.
