Pros
Prior to teamworks, you could work remotely. You could get a standing desk at the office if you’d like. There was talk of updating the office
Cons
The treat there employees like children. Salaried employees that did jobs that could be 100% remote were required to clock in before 9am or your boss and your boss’s boss got an email. Many of the the discussions you hear around the office often turn into argument. Turnover is very high, so nearly every piece of code is legacy with no one that knows how it works. Even if the code was written less than a year ago. Finally, pay is below market rate.
