Pros
I was part of a smaller office and loved how tight knit we were. Very down to earth people, no drama, just do the work. People also wanted to mentor you and were very patient with mistakes. Had the perks also of having resources of a global firm.
Cons
Sometimes felt like a satellite (and forgotten lol). Sometimes the comp wasn't up to snuff (e.g., special bonuses) as other white shoe firms but I think the firm made a strategic decision to always be aligned.
