Pros

Lavish and Modern Corporate Office! Snacks and Sodas provided to employees (though not the healthiest of choices, at all), an XBox, and Foosball Table in break rooms! Always updated with the latest technology but have no problem wasting more money on paper movie tickets, paper birthday cards, paper holiday cards thinking it adds a personal touch. CEO is cool and good looking, but typically too busy to come in and is awkward engaging in any contact with his employees. His dad's cooler and is actually the one that runs the company.

Cons

Hostile work environment, very shady and under-the-table/backstabbing. A lot of inappropriate and unprofessional behavior purely from Executives. High turnover of some of the most loyal and hardworking employees which also impact the loss of any present or future business and/or clients. Turnover rate also impacts any motivation for the team members left behind. ZERO communication within departments or among other teams involved! There’s no room for growth at DMI and if there is, you’re told of opportunities that just never seem to happen due to "budget cuts". One of the most unethical companies to work for, though, expect you to take a mandatory "ethics training" test and afterward question the company you now work for. Company morale is non-existent especially if you are working on a customer site- "who is Sunny?" is something often heard if you're not working at HQ.

Pros

They have been good to me. My manager was very good, I am contracted to a state organization to a good team. This is probably the best job I've ever had. I recommend them.

Cons

Honestly, I have no complaints.

Pros

Pay on the program I worked on was good. A few pockets of good teams at corporate (finance and hr)

Cons

The culture of the company changed drastically over the past 5 years to one that I can't support. Zero support from the C-Suite and no corporate reach back. Two months of no reply to consistent emails to the C-Suite for support. Years of escalations of issues on the program were met with silence as the money was flowing in. Once it stopped, they were shocked. Rewarding only yes men or yes women instead of those sacrificing for the contract. If you gossip to the C-Suite and don't question, you'll be rewarded. Even a high level senior leader made a considerable amount of money for years but literally lied about Financials and what work his team did. How does that happen?!
