      It was somewhat close to my home.

      Cons

      C-Suite utterly careless and makes decisions (business and staffing) willy nilly. Very poor HR. Focus on pipeline supersedes any good direction or integrity of products and projects.

      Pros

      They have been good to me. My manager was very good, I am contracted to a state organization to a good team. This is probably the best job I've ever had. I recommend them.
