Pros
Good work environment. That provides flexibility with your schedule. They have lunch for the employees often.
Cons
The pay is terrible. You can work at McDonald’s for what they pay you here. They only hire through temp agencies. You are told you will get a raise once hired on full time. This is untrue. You have to ask for one. They only let certain people work from home which is very unfair. The annual raises are practically nothing. If they paid more this would be the perfect work place.
