Pros

I've been with Donan for over 10 years. The company has grown by leaps and bounds over the past 5 - 7 years and has spread from coast-to-coast. Despite the "growing pains" any company would experience through such an expansion, Donan remains a great place to work with good benefits and great support. I'm in middle-level management and I can't say enough about the clarity I get from my leaders and the open door policy here. We're not the small company we were many years ago, but I can still say I'm proud to wear the logo, and would highly recommend Donan to anyone considering a career here.

Cons

Growth has been tremendous and with growth comes pain and change, there's no way around it. Look around though...businesses are in constant change in today's world. I've seen some pretty ugly reviews lately and, through the anonimity of the net, people can say what they want and not be known, and be as brutal as they want. My initials are JE and I'm posting to rebut those reviews and tell people how great it really is to be a part of Donan. Is it frustrating at times...you bet. What job isn't? But I still love the company, the people, and the support I get from my leadership!
