I love that Donan is a company that holds in strong regard, both the morals and ethics of its employees and the company. From top to bottom the employees at Donan understand and know that they are supported in providing factual opinions, regardless of the client or situation. The company wants to share in its success with the employees. This is done through bonuses and compensation plans. One of the other great things about Donan is the ability to grow through continuing education and training offerings. Donan is fully in support of furthering your education and knowledge in the engineering field.
Cons
The company has transformed a great deal in the past 5 years or so. This is common with a company that has grown to support a nationwide footprint of clients. There have been bumps along the road with process changes and system changes, however it seems that we are always able to push through adversity and complete the work for our clients.
