Pros
A lot of the day to day functions have shifted to teams, which has freed me up to do more field work. They are also very respectful of working hours and I am home before 5 most days, compared to working late multiple times a week before.
Cons
I have worked here over the acquisition, and management was more of a mom and pop feel before. They now function as a corporation. For example, we rarely had layoffs before, and now they happen seasonally in some areas.
