Thank you for the feedback! We strive to create an environment in which all are empowered to grow. We are also very fortunate to have a considerable amount of work to keep our team going. While there may be times when a tight deadline on a job may coincide with the scheduling of team building events we do our best to make it up to our employees. Most recently we had a companywide event where we took over a Dave and Busters and given the needs of a large project some employees did have to work that day. To make it up to them we brought everyone on that site a small gift as well as held raffles with great prizes to show our appreciation. Thank you again for the feedback and take care!
