Pros

$200.00 gift card to redwing

Cons

DPR has 2 sides, GC and SPW. Self perform work is terribly managed, and no matter how hard you work, they will always make you feel not good enough. They choose production over quality, because as a worker your forced to meet quotas or be fired. Nobody stays more than 2 weeks. The management is terrible at identifying strengths and weaknesses of their employees, and will never take accountability, and will always blame you. Because the GC side has absolutely no respect for the SPW side, good luck defending yourself. Saw it over and over. If you need anything, your not going to get any help. The Foreman's have a Napoleon complex, and refuse to take accountability for anything. They value a dollar over your performance. Never seen anything like it. Raises don't happen. They give you perks here and there, which is nice but with what they will put you through, it's more of their way of keeping you quiet. So glad I left that company. Everybody who is there all says the same thing. They prey on people with little opportunities at other jobs
