Pros

good parties, especially if you are an alcoholic you will blend in. lots people who are solely passionate at the company.

Cons

it's a tight knit community if you don't fit in, you are fighting the system the whole time. With these passionate people very few have a good work life balance. Long hours, lots of stress Lack of communication and organization- they let the inmates run the mad house.
