Pros

For a large corporation, it is very successful in business while providing high quality, honest service to it's clients. Employees are constantly looking for ways to do things that will help not only the client succeed, but also the designers, engineers and subcontractors, regardless of contractual ties. Expectations for employees are high; if the company sees that an employee can potentially take on a task individually, it will not hesitate to put that employee in the position for them to learn and grow.

Cons

Staffing is very tight; this company operates with many of the employees over committing themselves to the project. Work/Life balance is stressed, but the demands of the clients and industry and the expectation for the level of service each employee provides can make this role very stressful.
