Pros

Used to have a family feel Company parties are epic Opportunity to move up (for some)

Cons

As a superintendent, pay is lower end of the market No accountability for PM's Work is always put in front of well being - CRAZY hours are expected Field is treated like second class citizens Self Preform work NEVER works together and causes jobsite issues Nepotism is alive and well This company used to be great. Then the "good old boys" club kicked in. If your not in the "click" then your SOL. They continue to hire college guys to run work and these guys have never swung a hammer in there life. Most dont know how to even read a tape. Yes, the "old school" mentality is fading but so is the quality of work. Get some builders and stop relying on the SSG to make all the money.
